Donaza was born from a love for authentic Uzbek cuisine — the kind of food that brings families together. Our recipes have been passed down through generations, from the bustling kitchens of Uzbekistan to the vibrant streets of Dubai.
We opened our first branch in Al Barsha, bringing the flavors of plov, beshbarmak, manti, and charcoal-grilled shashlik to the Dubai community. Our family-style dining approach quickly found a loyal following.
Today, with two locations in Al Barsha and Al Nahda, we continue to serve the same authentic dishes that made us a favorite among those who know and love Uzbek food. Every meal is prepared with care, every guest treated like family.
